We provide cost savings versus conventional roofing alternatives eliminating unnecessary construction waste. Reroofing can be very expensive, while fluid-applied systems provide solutions for a fraction of the cost.

No Landfill Fees

We provide no tear-off protection for the service life of the facility. The fluid-applied system is installed onto existing roofs. After the initial warranty term, typically 10 - 20 years, the warranty can be renewed for 10+ year terms indefinitely, with subsequent reapplication of the coating.

User Friendly

There is no need to close the building  during installation. No hot kettles or flames are used during installation. It’s a faster, safe process, and the  nontoxic  formulation means no disruption to occupants and no interruption of business, which mean no loss in sales.

Energy Saving

According to EnergyStar.gov, having a  white, reflective roof reduces the roof’s  surface temperature by up to 100°F,  decreasing the amount of heat transferred into the building and reducing peak cooling demands by up to 15%. This means lower energy consumption and lower cooling costs.
